Consulting
A person or a frm that provides professional advisory and related clientservice activities intended to add value and improve an organization’s gover- nance, leadership development, risk management, and control processes, or  other services that an enterprise may need to compete.

A source of knowledge and expertise to leaders and organizations; a professional who provides expertise; an advisor to top management.
