Subject: Financial strength and solvency management of an enterprise (based on “Creative M” Ltd) Market economy requires enterprises to raise efficiency, product and service competitiveness based on implementation of achievements of science and technology, business patterns and the form of management and business activating. Under modern Russian conditions serious analytical work on the enterprise becomes very important. It should be connected with studying and forecasting financial strength and solvency of an enterprise. Well-timed and complete diagnostics of problem issues of an enterprise’s financial situation helps to take proactive measures that can prevent it from a possible collapse. The purpose of this work is to study the theoretical bases and to conduct analysis of financial strength and solvency management of “Creative M” Ltd and to work out the ways of improvement. The object of the research work is “Creative M” Ltd. The research subject is financial strength and solvency management of the enterprise. The research work consists of introduction, 3 sections, conclusion, reference list and appendix. The introduction justifies the relevance of the subject studied, formulates the purpose and objectives of the research work. The first section is devoted to theoretical aspects of financial strength and solvency management of the enterprise. Also it introduces methodological foundations of management as well as methodology of financial analysis performance. The second section “Analysis of economical indicators of “Creative M” Ltd” analyses the financial strength indicators, liquidity positions and financial solvency. There has been carried out an analysis of effective use of financial and economical resources of the enterprise. The third section introduces the ways of improving financial strength and solvency management of “Creative M” Ltd. It also presents the ways and sources of financial strength raise, and defines reserves for strength improvement of the enterprise. The conclusion presents the material received on the basis of the research results. The work is written on 95 printed sheets, contains 29 tables, 8 illustrations, 52 literary sources, 3 appendixes.
