To solve this problem some aspects of Criminal Law, Civil Law, Administrative Law and etc. must be pointed out. All of them are equally complicated and important. Some aspects of American Criminal law have the same sense and meaning and, on the contrary, some other ones have nothing common with the points of law of other countries, such as, for example, the Russian Federation. To understand this difference it’s useful to turn to the story that happened practically 30 years ago in President Kennedy’s family with his nephew in Connecticut in America. President Kennedy’s nephew when he was 15 lived in a very special private area in Connecticut. One day the daughter of his neighbor was killed with a spoon for golf. Police were called. They supposed that that had to be a person who must be outside. And they found out that Kennedy’s nephew was very fun of his neighbor. That’s why there were some suspicions that he had done it. But there was no evidence. But after the long investigation of 30 years it turned out that that was President Kennedy’ nephew who killed the girl and he was con-victed and sent to prison for 25 years. According to the story it is neces-sary to come to the conclusion and turn to some aspects of American law and if to be exact American Criminal law. They are: no limitation for murder, the conviction of a person as an adult for a crime even it was per-formed him being a young man; offenders have to do 90 % of their sen-tence. According to the story it’s important to come to the conclusion and mark off that American Criminal law mostly severe and there are much more strong and efficient measures to prevent people from committing crimes and secure other people from those ones who’ve committed the crime and as a result are dangerous for society.
